Failure is not final. Actually, our mistakes can serve as one of the most powerful learning experiences, but only if we have a strategy in place to process our failures in a healthy and productive way. In the wake of Covid-19, I think it’s fair to assume most of us have learned a few things and need to use this time to reflect, regroup, and come back stronger than ever before. In this session we will laugh (a lot) and maybe cry a little too. We will learn from our mistakes and develop a practical gameplan for fostering a growth mindset.
