We will define information literacy and media literacy; explore the 5 elements of information literacy - Identify (ask questions), Find (refine searches, locate sources), Evaluate (credibility), Apply and Acknowledge (ethical use of media); and share strategies to improve information and media literacy skills K-12 to help students consume media responsibly.
