The instructional value is often a key factor in decision making but the adoption of Part 121 Regulations for Education Law 2-d have added another layer of complexity. Before choosing a technology solution educators must now consider the way the vendors address the protection of personally identifiable information. This session will provide participants with an overview of the regulations and a guide for choosing resources that are compliant with the newly adopted regulations.
