When schools closed their doors this past spring teachers everywhere were forced to re-evaluate their instructional methods as they adapted to online learning. Although challenging in many ways, this change also afforded the opportunity to reshape the educational experience. Through an examination of theory and practice, as well as feedback from students and teachers, this presentation will take a look at lessons learned from the abrupt shift to technology-mediated learning and how we can harness digital tools to engage all students moving forward.
