Spotlight Speaker: Ken Shelton: A Problem-Based Learning and Design Thinking Approach to Social and Emotional Learning

Utilizing the problem-based learning activity called Solve In Time! participants will go through a design-thinking process identifying and solving a challenge around Social and Emotional Learning as well as Restorative Justice. This highly interactive session is focused on learning through the process rather than focusing on the outcome. The protocols are adaptable to any curricular area, content to be covered, and expands to additional focal areas such as Equity, Anti-racism, Service Learning, and Global Impact
