We as school leaders are looking for ways manage our time more effectively. Some simple strategies to implement immediately as well as recent research will be highlighted. Email is a time-killer and strategies to reduce our time spent viewing, receiving, and responding to emails will be one focus of this workshop by the author of the upcoming book Crisis Management: Leadership Steps to Avoid Early Burnout.
